How the transfer works
Arrival
We track your flight in real time and the pick-up time follows the actual landing. Your chauffeur waits at baggage reclaim in Terminal 1 or 2, or at the business aviation terminal.
The motorway
The first part runs west on the A8, inland of the Esterel hills. It is the predictable stretch, about three quarters of an hour depending on traffic around Cannes and Fréjus.
Into the gulf
The last few kilometres decide the journey time. In summer the coast road between Sainte-Maxime, Port Grimaud and Saint-Tropez fills up fast, above all on Saturdays and in the late afternoon. Your chauffeur picks the route and the departure time to avoid it where possible.
On arrival
Drop-off at your hotel, your villa, the port or straight to your Pampelonne beach club. If you need a chauffeur on the following days, hourly hire can be booked with the transfer.

About 1h30 when the roads are clear. In July and August, and above all on Saturdays, allow more: the approach into the gulf through Sainte-Maxime can add an hour.
When is the best time to leave?
In summer, early morning or early afternoon on a weekday. Give us your flight time and we will tell you straight away when you can expect to arrive.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The flat rate is confirmed before departure and does not change with traffic. Request a quote with the date, flight time and arrival address.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight and the chauffeur adjusts. Waiting time caused by a late flight or late luggage is free.
Can we stop on the way?
Yes. Lunch in Cannes, an errand or a short stop can be planned when you book, or asked of the chauffeur on the road.
Which car for a family or a lot of luggage?
A Mercedes V-Class van for a group or a family and their cases. An S-Class or a Maybach for two or three passengers with reasonable luggage.
Do you also drive back to Nice Airport?
Yes, and in summer it is the leg that needs the most margin. We set the departure time from your flight and the traffic expected that day.
