How long from Nice airport to the Palais des Festivals?
About 30 minutes depending on traffic. We track flights and welcome your clients at the terminal.
Can you handle several clients in parallel?
Yes: a fleet of sedans, VIP vans and limousines, with coordination and a single point of contact throughout the show.
Should I book in advance?
Yes: demand is high during ILTM. Book early to guarantee cars and chauffeurs.
Where does the chauffeur drop off at the Palais des Festivals?
As close to the entrance as vehicles are allowed that day. Traffic around the Palais is rearranged during the show: the chauffeur knows the permitted drop-off points and waits outside.
Can you arrange hotel and villa visits during the week?
Yes. Send us the addresses and your free slots between appointments; we build the route and keep the same chauffeur for the day.
My clients are staying on after the show. Can you follow?
Yes. Transfers to Monaco, Saint-Tropez or Nice airport, and in winter the run up to Courchevel. The same contact handles the rest of the stay.
