How long from Nice airport to the Palais des Festivals?
About 30 minutes depending on traffic. We track your flight and meet you at the terminal, waiting time included.
Do you offer daily hire?

Should I book in advance?
Yes: demand is very high during TFWA. Book early to guarantee a car and chauffeur.
Where does the chauffeur drop me at the Palais des Festivals?
As close to the entrance as vehicles are allowed that day. Traffic around the Palais and on the Croisette is rearranged during the show: your chauffeur knows the permitted drop-off points and waits for you there when you come out.
Can you stop for my badge before the first meeting?
If your badge is collected on site, we build the stop into the drive from the airport or the hotel, so you reach your first meeting badge in hand.
My hotel is outside Cannes. Is that a problem?
No, it is common: during TFWA many delegates stay in Mandelieu, Antibes or Nice. We run the morning and evening rotations between the hotel and the Palais, with the same car if you prefer.
Is TFWA returning to Cannes in 2027?
Yes. TFWA renewed its agreement with the City of Cannes: the show stays at the Palais des Festivals each autumn until at least 2029. The 2027 dates are announced by the organiser.
